Born in Nigeria but raised in America. Dr Anuforo, migrated to the united states with her family in 2004. Her first port of call in the United states was Minnesota where she attended University of St Catherine in Saint Paul and graduated with a biology major and a biochemistry minor in 2009. She left Minnesota and went on to Ross University for medical School. Her medical education included 18-months of tropical medicine in the country of Dominica, West indies. She returned to the United States where she completed the rest of her medical education and clinical rotation in the State of New York. She completed her internal medicine residency program at St John’s Episcopal Hospital also in New York. After residency she moved to Georgia to be closer to her Family. Since Residency, Dr Anuforo have travelled and practiced as a locum tenens physician.

Dr Joe, currently lives in Douglasville, Georgia. She is very passionate about medicine. She is also well versed in patient relations. “All are welcome here”. She is well travelled and her travel experiences locally and internationally have improved her skills and knowledge set , allowing her to be more emphatic and open to connect with her patients.
